To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Used or damaged items (not caused by delivery or manufacturing defects).
Items returned without original packaging.
Clearance or final sale products.
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds will be issued as a store credit or replacement product.
We do not offer direct cash refunds.
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your replacement or credit within 5–10 business days.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), Rowan Tours will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees.
